Refund Policy

**Digital download products are NOT refundable**

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it- undamaged and unused. You will also need to provide the name and address used at time of purchase as well as the product you would like to return.

If your return is accepted, we can send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. The cost for the shipping label may be deducted from your refund total. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.You can always contact us for any return questions at

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception, and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Refund requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. 

In the event of a product being damaged during shipping, we will offer an exchange for the same product. For these types of exchanges, we will prompt you to send us a photo of the damaged product. It is at our discretion whether the product has minor imperfections (as stated in the product description) or major imperfections not to be expected in our products.

Please follow the same steps for a return as stated above. We will cover the cost of returns (within the United States only) if necessary, and our standard shipping policy will be followed for the replacement product.

Exceptions/non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like our stickers and DIY stick and stitch patterns. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
